eh not really, i just haven't gotten out in awhile.
Every Wednesday I go to Oyster Bay for art classes all day. From 2-5 I model for a portrait drawing class, and 6:30-9:30 take a figure drawing class. Sometimes on my hour and a half break I go to this little beach 100 yards away from the studio.
Yesterday was a particularly nice afternoon. I took a dip and then came back to my towel, put on my iPod, Fawkes, with some Animal Collective - Merriweather Post Pavillion. It just felt infinite. I could still hear the waves with the music on and it sounded so wonderful. It was the perfect soundtrack to look out onto the beauty of the natural world.
