Today I had another one of my in-touch-with-nature-in-Oyster-Bay days.
I went to the park area that overlooks the bay next to the beach. I went out onto the dock and listened to Manchester Orchestra's "Colly Strings" as I looked out onto the water. I realised how much in love with that feeling I am, I'll be very teenager like and call it infinite again. Me and the earth together forever. And I guess my dream of living in the middle of nowhere, cut off from society with only my soulmate is no longer dependent on finding that person, because I could just as happy alone with the earth. With or without anyone else, I will get my happy ending.
